The property in Ashford, Kent is a modern, purposely designed, with 5 bedrooms all ensuites with desk and chair, wardrobe and comfortable double bed, designed to cater to the diverse needs of our residents. Strategically located near essential local amenities, educational institutions, and healthcare services, our homes are synonymous with convenience and accessibility.
Each room has been recently modernised and refurbished, featuring contemporary amenities such as a well-appointed communal area, high-speed internet access and spacious bedrooms that each residence can personalise to suit their preferences and personality
Transitioning
The journey from care to independent adulthood can be daunting. Many young people suddenly find themselves responsible for cooking, managing a home, and handling finances, often without the guidance or support they need.
At Eden Tribe, our 18+ homes provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can prepare for life beyond care. We support care leavers, homeless young people, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children by helping them develop the practical skills and confidence needed to live independently.
Through structured support and everyday learning, residents gain essential life skills in a place they can feel secure and valued. By the time they move on, they are better equipped to navigate adulthood with resilience, independence, and self-belief.
Client Group
- Males and females aged 18 to 25 years old.
- Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC).
- Young people who experience emotional behavioural difficulties.
- Young people that are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
- Young people who require support with their independent living skills.
Current Client Group Needs

Our Activities
Activities/Recreation: We recognise the importance of entertainment and recreational activities and make them a key focus in our support. We actively encourage individuals to explore and develop their interests, both at home and within the wider community.
Education & Vocational training: Education and training are fundamental to promoting autonomy and independence. Each individual is encouraged and supported to participate in a range of educational and vocational opportunities.
Support Into Employment: We empower young people by creating opportunities to develop workplace skills and access meaningful, sustainable employment. We provide guidance through the complexities of job searching and benefits, building their confidence and supporting informed career choices.
Our dedicated team takes the time to understand each care leaver’s strengths and interests, enabling us to connect them with suitable employment opportunities.
Religion And Birthday Celebrations: We respect each young person’s wishes to engage in religious instruction and observance and to celebrate important occasions such as birthdays. We ensure these milestones are marked with joyful celebrations by providing gifts, food, and all necessary supplies.
