Empowering Young Adults: Navigating 16+ Semi-Independent Living

About Us

Welcome to Eden Tribe supported accommodation, where we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people on their journey towards independence. At Eden tribe, we provide a range of services and amenities to ensure the comfort and development of our young people.

Our home features five spacious bedrooms equipped with its own television, fridge, desk and chair, allowing young people to unwind and relax in the comfort of their own space.

We understand the importance of community and social interaction, which is why we have a shared communal area. This space provides an opportunity for young people to connect, engage in activities, and build relationships with their peers. Whether it’s sharing stories, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company, which fosters a sense of belonging and support.

The well-being and growth of our young people are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have a dedicated team of professionals who provide round-the-clock care and support. Our staff members are trained and compassionate, ensuring that each young person individual needs are met and that they feel valued and empowered.

We believe in empowering our young people for their future endeavours, which is why we offer weekly key work sessions. These sessions are tailored to assist young people in developing essential life skills and preparing them for independence. From financial literacy to practical household tasks, we aim to equip our young people with the knowledge and abilities they need to thrive as they transition into adulthood.

We invite you to join our young people’s supported home, where care, support, and opportunities for personal development are at the core of what we do. Together, let’s create a bright and promising future for our young people as they embark on their journey towards independence and fulfilling their best potential.
