Supported Accommodation
About Us
Eden Tribe Children’s Home is a small care home, with a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere.
With just 3 bedrooms to care for 3 children displaying emotional and social difficulties with associated complex needs, we’re able to maintain high staffing levels, which means we can spend more quality time with every child. Being a smaller care home allows us to be truly responsive to children’s needs and preferences – providing genuinely individualised support. It also means we have the time to spend getting to know our children and building firm relationship.
Our core values extend beyond the care we provide to the children; we also deeply value the well-being and development of our staff members and the quality of the homes in which they work. We understand that the foundation of exceptional care lies in the hands of compassionate and dedicated professionals who feel supported and appreciated.

Our ethos can be summarised by our dedication to the following principles:
Commitment
We are determined to change lives for the better and promise to ‘never give up’ on a child.
Understanding
We recognise that behaviour is underpinned by life experiences which affects their resilience.
Progression
We offer ‘step-up’ and ‘step-down’ options based on progress, needs and independence.
Trust
Individuals will learn to trust their primary carers, society and the wider organisation.
By adhering to these principles, we aim to create a positive and empowering atmosphere where children can overcome challenges, realise their full potential, and achieve their personal best. Together with our dedicated staff, we are committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the young people we serve.
